I have a subscription to Reader's Digest, thanks to a gift card for Amazon I got for my birthday, that's delivered once a month to my Kindle. In the November issue, there is a list of things to buy this time of year because they're generally cheaper. Among them is frozen vegetables.
I don't think I've ever noticed seasonal price fluctuations in frozen veggies, but I am going to keep my eyes open for really good sales.
